Please read this one. It is short, and it is the most important page here.

If you are in danger right now

If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you are in any kind of emergency, please contact your local emergency services, your nearest hospital or emergency department, or a crisis helpline in your area immediately.

NeuroKind AI cannot help in a crisis. It is not monitored by anyone. Nobody is watching your account. No alert reaches a human being. It cannot call for help, cannot notify anyone, and cannot intervene.

Please reach a real person who can help — your nearest emergency department, a local crisis line, or someone you trust who can be with you. You deserve actual help, and this app is not it.

What NeuroKind AI is

A wellness companion. Something to help you notice how you are doing, reflect on it, build steadier habits, and feel less alone with what you are carrying.

What NeuroKind AI is not

We want to be completely unambiguous, because ambiguity here could genuinely hurt someone. NeuroKind AI is not:

  • A medical device
  • A healthcare or medical service
  • Therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or psychiatric care
  • A diagnosis, an assessment, or a screening tool
  • A treatment for any condition
  • A crisis, emergency, or monitoring service
  • A substitute for any of the above

It does not:

  • Diagnose any medical or mental health condition
  • Assess or evaluate your clinical state
  • Prescribe, recommend, adjust, or comment on any medication or medical treatment
  • Provide medical or psychological advice

Using it does not create a professional care relationship. Nobody involved in this app is your doctor, your therapist, your counsellor, or your clinician. The AI companion is software. It is not a licensed professional, it is not supervised by one, and it should never be treated as one.

About the numbers in the app

Your Stability score, your averages, your trends and your charts are wellness reflections, not clinical measurements. They are built from what you choose to log, using general wellbeing principles.

A low score does not mean you have a condition. A high score does not mean you are well. They are one lens on your own patterns — useful for noticing things, meaningless as a diagnosis.

Please never use them to decide whether you need professional help. If you are wondering whether you do, the honest answer is that wondering is usually reason enough to ask someone qualified.

About the AI companion

The companion is warm, thoughtful, and often genuinely helpful. It is also software, and it can be wrong.

  • It can misunderstand you, misremember, or state something inaccurate with complete confidence.
  • It has no clinical training, no licence, and no ability to evaluate your actual situation.
  • It cannot detect that you are in danger, and it will not alert anyone if you are.
  • It should never be relied on for any decision about your health, your medication, or your care.

If it ever says something that feels wrong for you, please trust yourself over it.

About the guided programmes

The goals, habits, meditations and daily suggestions in NeuroKind AI are general wellness content, drawn from widely accepted wellbeing and behavioural principles. They are offered as supportive practices — not as treatment for any condition.

Some programmes are named after difficult experiences — depression, PTSD, panic, grief, OCD. Those names describe the experience the content is about, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition. If you are living with a diagnosed condition, please work with a qualified professional, and treat anything here as a companion to that care rather than a substitute for it.

Please talk to a professional if

  • You are struggling in a way that is not lifting
  • Something feels wrong and you are not sure what
  • You are managing a diagnosed condition
  • You are taking medication, or considering starting or stopping any
  • Someone who knows you has suggested you talk to someone
  • You are wondering whether you should

Please never delay seeking professional help, or ignore advice you have already been given, because of anything in this app. If a professional’s guidance differs from something you read here, follow the professional. They know you. We do not.

If you are already in care

NeuroKind AI can sit alongside professional support very comfortably — many people find tracking their mood or journaling between sessions genuinely useful, and some bring their trends to appointments.

But please tell your clinician you are using it, follow their guidance over anything here, and never change or stop a treatment based on anything in this app.

Why we are telling you all this

Not to protect ourselves from you. To be honest with you.

We think this app can help — genuinely, on ordinary days, in small consistent ways. We also think a product that handles people’s mental health has an obligation to be completely clear about where its usefulness ends. Overstating what we are would be the easiest way to hurt someone who trusted us, and we are not willing to do it.

You deserve real help when you need real help. We will always tell you that, even when it means telling you to go somewhere else. Take care of yourself. We are glad you are here.
